After its latest inspection by the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, VEMEDIA Manufacturing B.V. got a very positive evaluation.
Well-known brand names such as DAGRAVIT and WITTE KRUIS are being manufactured at our factory which has a diversified fleet of machinery. Mixing, granulating, tablet-making, encapsulating, coating with film and with sugar: all this is possible. Rather recently, VEMEDIA Manufacturing B.V. has acquired two more tableting machines that can operate fully automatically. No human hands are needed anymore.
But also in the field of packaging VEMEDIA Manufacturing B.V. display a fleet of machinery geared to small and medium-sized volumes, just as the production machinery. Three lines for blister-packaging, 2 lines for filling bottles, 2 lines for dosed packaging of liquids and 2 semi-automatic machines for cardboard packaging guarantee a very quick and correct packaging of the products. But that’s not all: the department also realises manual work. Very small volumes or special actions are being packaged quickly and skilfully by the department.
